VVT gas comprehensive performance testing equipment.
Camshaft phaser (VVT) installation workshop includes VVT automatic installation line, manual assembly line, servo press installation line and performance test line. All VVT assemblies are subject to 100% oil pressure or air pressure performance test, including adjusting the angle, leakage, locking clearance, friction torque and other core parameters, so as to ensure that each VVT delivered to the customer is in the best performance state.
Tensioner assembly static oil pressure test.
At Kaili, 100% on-line test is conducted after the installation of the core parts and components of the timing system.
The single valve of the tensioner and the assembled one-way valve assembly shall be subject to 100% air tightness test. The installed assembly shall be subject to oil pressure and static settlement performance test to ensure that each tensioner is in the best performance.
The tensioner installation workshop includes automatic installation line, manual parts assembly line, one-way valve sealing test line, tensioner static oil pressure test line, etc., to assemble and test the tensioner parts, semi assemblies and assemblies.
